Required Documentation
Applicant will be required to provide the following documentation:
- W-2’s for the previous two years and one month of paystubs. If you are self-employed, provide tax returns for the previous two years, including all schedules, and a YTD profit and loss statement. Note: provide copies of all requested documents; do not provide original documents.
- Self-employeds: Provide Federal income tax returns for the prior two years, including all schedules.
- Bank statements for the last three months.
- Latest stock, mutual funds, retirement accounts, and so forth statements.
- For a cash out refinance loan, a letter describing use of proceeds.
- If applicable, divorce decree and settlement agreement.
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent-resident status.
